The Empire of Yellonia was founded by IronOoof after victory in the 1st Solesian Civil War in 1643. At first it was a loose grouping of states, each with its own currency and laws, that worked together as a democratic nation to keep the continent stable. Ten years of in-fighting followed until the states united under a single Emperor, with IronOoof as the first.

Solesia is a continent of the world of Terra. It has desert in the southwest, and the north is colder and more sparsely settled. Much of the south is held by hostile factions, with contested cities between them and nuclear fallout zones.

- The Emperor: Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces. Accepts or denies laws. If the throne is vacated, the Viceroys pick one of their own to succeed.
- Parliament: 80 seats. Makes the laws and is led by the Chancellor, who chairs the Imperial Cabinet over the Defense, Justice, Commerce, Foreign Affairs, Internal Affairs and Science ministries.
- Imperial Supreme Court (ISCOY): five judges who interpret the laws and the Constitution.
- State Security Directorate: answers directly to the Emperor and commands the Imperial Guard.
